Μετά από 4 χρόνια κυκλοφορούν νέο δίσκο οι Interpol στην εταιρεία Soft Limit και την Μatador με τίτλο El Pintor. Ηχογραφημένο στη Νέα Υόρκη από το γνωστό τρίο πλέον (Daniel Kessler -guitar, Samuel Fogarino - drums, Paul Banks on vocals, bass, guitars) θα κυκλοφορήσει στις 8 Σεπτεμβρίου 2014 σε δικιά τους παραγωγή.To εξώφυλλο είναι αυτό που βλέπετε παραπάνω, ενώ η ανακοίνωση έρχεται μαζί με ένα behind the scenes video των ηχογραφήσεων που ακολουθεί.
